Shipping & Returns
Once orders are received, they typically ship within 3 business days or less. For custom orders, please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is approved by the customer for these orders to ship. Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer for tracking purposes. Priority Mail is available, at a premium, for faster delivery service. It is important to note that the faster shipping option is based on when the order arrives at the post office.
We do not ship on Saturdays and/or Sundays. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed for shipping beginning the next business day.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned because of an incorrect/incomplete mailing address, we can bill for additional postage and, upon receipt of payment, ship the package again.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
